Windows open, close, and lock with less effort.
A sealed frame can reduce unwanted air movement around the opening.
Coordinated trim work gives the window a finished connection to the room and exterior.
Window Replacement is a building service that removes an existing window and installs a new unit in the prepared opening.

Window replacement starts with the opening, not the product brochure. We look at the existing unit, frame, trim, wall edge, and signs of moisture before discussing the right scope. The work may include removing the old unit, preparing the opening, fitting the new window, sealing the perimeter, and repairing interior or exterior finishes. The final scope depends on the window condition, opening size, material choices, and the surrounding wall. A replacement window can improve operation and help address drafts or failed seals. It won't correct hidden wall damage unless that work is included in the project plan. Our preference is to resolve the opening and finish details together when the inspection shows they are connected.
We review the window unit, frame, trim, sill, operation, and visible moisture signs to define the work.
We discuss window style, material, finish, opening condition, and nearby repairs so the quote reflects the actual job.
We protect the work area, remove the existing unit, and prepare the opening for the planned installation.
We place the new window, check fit and operation, and seal the connection before trim and finish work.
We complete agreed trim or wall repairs, review the finished window, and hand over the project details.
A few details help us understand the opening and shape the right scope.
We document each opening, selected window detail, finish need, and handover item through the project plan.
We check fit, sash operation, perimeter seals, trim alignment, and nearby finish work before handover.
We coordinate window installation with doors, drywall, paint, and flooring when those improvements share the project.
Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Leaving a long overdue review. Linda helped us remodel our bathroom and kitchen last year. We also did some flooring improvements, and some electrical and plumbing work along the way. The pricing was very reasonable, and we appreciated that Linda was always conscious of our budget, when we made adjustments to our plan. The work was delivered very quickly on promised timelines. She had some really good suggestions around the choice of flooring, which we are thankful for (especially looking back after a year). Also appreciate her sense of style.. it helped us make the right choices for countertops, tiles and fixtures. It all looks great, our guests often comment on how beautiful our kitchen looks. Thank you!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.

A bedroom window may feel cold or drafty even when the glass looks intact. The frame, sash, seal, or trim can be the real source of the problem. We inspect the complete opening and note how the window operates. Bring photos of the frame and any damaged trim to the consultation so the scope starts with useful evidence.
Staining below a window calls for more than a new pane. Moisture may involve the sill, perimeter seal, trim, or nearby wall finish. We check the opening and record the visible damage before setting the replacement scope. Property owners should keep the area accessible and share when the staining first appeared.
Window work often connects with paint, drywall, flooring, or exterior finish changes. The order matters because trim and wall repairs can affect the final fit and finish. We coordinate the window scope with the wider remodel plan. Homeowners and commercial property managers can identify access limits before the consultation.
